Holland, The Netherlands:  Channelfor has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Aerologic, having its HQ in Luxembourg Europe, for the representation of Channel for's aviation logistic capabilities and e-commerce solutions in the Gulf and Middle East Market. Aerologic supports commercial aerospace companies with, spares, maintenance, fleet and engine asset acquisitions and leasing requirements. Both companies will offer assistance and use their powerful networking and technology competencies with each other and as deemed appropriate for a single source solution to customers in their respective market. This assistance may include the mutual cooperation of relevant expertise in the fields of strategic sourcing, materiel purchasing, aircraft or engines sales and leasing, engineering solutions, airline operations, human performance and management organization. The MoU will set the stage for regular dialogues between the two companies to further promote support systems and sourcing benchmarks for customers worldwide.
